1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") are entered into between ak33 ("ak33", "we", "us", "our", "the Platform") and the individual user ("you", "your", "the Player") who registers an account or uses any service made available through the ak33 website at ak33.io (the "Platform"). By completing the registration process, logging in to an existing account, or placing any bet or wager through ak33, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them unconditionally.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the ak33 platform, register an account, or engage in any betting or gaming activity through the site. Your continued use of ak33 following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2 Eligibility Requirements

To register and maintain an active account on ak33, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• Single account: You may hold only one registered account on ak33. The creation of multiple accounts by the same individual is strictly prohibited and will result in the closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of ak33 services, you are required to create a registered account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address. You warrant that all information submitted at registration and during any subsequent account update is truthful and accurate.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account credentials with any other person. ak33 will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose due to your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.

• Account security: You must notify ak33 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation by contacting us at [email protected].
• Account name: Your account must be registered in your own legal name. ak33 will only process withdrawal requests to payment instruments registered in the same name as the account holder.
• Account verification (KYC): ak33 may request identity verification documents at any stage, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card, passport, or driver's licence, and proof of address. Withdrawal requests may be held pending the completion of satisfactory KYC verification.
• Inactive accounts: Accounts that have not recorded any login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as dormant. ak33 reserves the right to apply a monthly dormancy administration fee to dormant accounts, subject to prior written notice to the account holder's registered email address.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on ak33 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, and direct bank transfer to and from selected Bangladeshi banks including City Bank, BRAC Bank, Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳500. Deposits below this threshold will not be credited to your account.
• Deposit processing: Deposits via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your ak33 account balance in real time, subject to network availability. Bank transfer deposits may take up to one (1) business day to be credited.
• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳1,000. Withdrawals below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing time: Withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within 24 hours of submission. Mobile banking withdrawals (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) are typically completed within minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one (1) to three (3) business days.
• Withdrawal destination: All withdrawals must be directed to a payment account registered in the same name as your ak33 account. ak33 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.
• Currency: ak33 does not accept or process transactions in any currency other than Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ak33 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider.
• Transaction limits: ak33 reserves the right to set, adjust, and enforce daily, weekly, and monthly deposit and withdrawal limits at its discretion. Player-controlled deposit limits are also available through the responsible gaming dashboard.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

ak33 offers bonuses and promotional rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and these general Terms, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for the duration of that promotion.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly in each promotion's specific terms.
• Bonus eligibility: Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first deposit only. Existing players are not eligible for welcome bonus offers. Reload bonuses and seasonal promotions have their own eligibility criteria stated in the relevant promotional terms.
• One bonus at a time: Only one bonus may be active on your account at any given time. You must complete or forfeit an existing bonus before opting in to a new offer.

By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and accepted the rules applicable to that bet.

• Bet acceptance: ak33 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where a technical error has caused incorrect odds to be displayed, where a bet is placed after a relevant event has already concluded, or where the bet is suspected of being based on information not available to the general public at the time of placement.
• Palpable errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds or terms that are the result of a manifest error, ak33 reserves the right to correct the error and recalculate the bet at the correct odds, or to void the bet entirely and return the stake to the player's account.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions and behaviours are strictly prohibited on the ak33 platform. Breach of any prohibition listed below may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of all account balances, and referral to relevant law enforcement or regulatory authorities where appropriate:

• Providing false, misleading, or inaccurate information during registration or any subsequent account communication.
• Registering more than one account on the platform, whether under your own name or under a different name or identity.
• Using the platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using the platform if you are a self-excluded player or if your account has been closed by ak33.
• Engaging in any form of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on inside information relating to sporting events.
• Using any automated script, bot, artificial intelligence tool, or other software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human users.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying source code of any ak33 software or game.
• Colluding with other players in live casino or card game environments to gain an unfair advantage.
• Using the platform to launder money or facilitate any other illegal financial activity.
• Engaging in charge-backs through your payment provider for transactions that were legitimately processed by ak33.

8 Responsible Gaming

ak33 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any nature, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or loss of opportunity, whether arising in contract, tort, negligence, or any other legal theory, even if ak33 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

• ak33 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and emergency maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability of some or all services.
• ak33 is not responsible for failures or delays in payment processing caused by third-party payment providers including bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, or any bank.
• ak33 is not liable for any loss or damage caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, power outages, internet infrastructure failures, or government actions.

12 Amendments & Account Termination

ak33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where any amendment materially affects your rights or obligations as a player, ak33 will provide reasonable advance notice via the registered email address associated with your account or through a prominent notice displayed on the platform. Your continued use of ak33 after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

ak33 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reasonable grounds to believe that these Terms have been breached, that fraudulent activity has occurred, or that continued operation of the account presents an unacceptable risk to the integrity of the platform or to other users. In the event of account closure due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, any remaining balance may be forfeited.

Any eligible balance remaining in your account at the time of a voluntary account closure will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

13 Governing Law
